Below you will find three tiers of management packages, choose the one that best fits your needs.

**Our contracts are no commitment contracts that only require a 30 day notice of termination in order to process and migrate the account**

Homeowner/Investor Services:

Tier I. Full Service Property Management

Cost:

• $100/month/property (Price locked for life)
• Leasing Fee and Tenant Placement: 25% of a full month of rent
• Additional Fees: NONE

Whats Included?

• Rent Collection
• Owner & tenant portal equipped with robust reporting
• Maintenance coordinating
• Tenant Placement, tenant screening
• Professional Marketing
• Professional photos
• Yearly upkeep (power washing, gutter cleaning)
• Property inspections throughout lease duration

Tier II. Tenant Placement Only:

Cost:

• Leasing Fee and Tenant Placement: 35% of a full month of rent
• Additional Fees: NONE

We will place a fully vetted tenant, communicate all the way up until move in, and hand it off to you for self management. Feel free to contact us at any time if you need advice or assistance, we won't leave you in the dark.

Tier III. Rent Collection Only:

Cost:

• $50 per month
• Additional Fees: NONE

We will collect the rent and distribute it to you monthly. We will provide late notices, when applicable as well. You will have full access to our reports for simplified accounting and you will be provided reports come tax season. All other items such as, maintenance, tenant communication, etc. must be done by the homeowner.
